Gandhi Birth Anniversary: Non-Violence Day: 2015

On the occasion of 147^th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and International Non-Violence Day, on October 2, 2015 the All Religion Prayer will be held at Sabarmati Ashram. The Hon. Governor of Gujarat, Shri Om Prakash Kohli will be guest of honour. An academic and a writer Shri Uma Dasgupata will address the gathering. Shri Uma Dasgupta is a biographer of Poet Tagore and historian of Santiniketan. At present she is working on the relation between Poet Tagore, Dinbandhu Andrews and Gandhiji.

5:30 pm      Sangeet Sandhya by famous Dhrupad Musician Pandit Uday Bhavalkar.
